How do I place an order?

To order, click on the "add to cart" button. It puts the item into a "shopping cart" and totals everything up for you. Please specify custom colors and sizes in the appropriate box on form when ordering.

When will I receive my order?

Really it depends on the item, but you will receive an email with the details within 24 hours. Please make sure and fill out the invoice COMPLETELY when placing your order and confirm it to avoid delays. Include any notes, custom colors or sizes in the appropriate box when ordering.

How much is the shipping?

All orders are charged a flat rate of $4.20 for Shipping and Handling. ALL ORDERS OF $100.00 OR MORE ARE ALWAYS SHIPPED FREE! All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail so please allow 2-7 business days for shipping and handling after order is completed and processed. You will recieve a reciept of payment via email address provided.

How can I pay?



You can pay by check*, money order*, Paypal and we accept VISA, DISCOVER & MASTERCARD. All credit card transactions are processed with a secure link. Where do you get your beads?

The beads are bought from many places including wholesale dealers & bead shops. Antique store and garage sale beads are considered "vintage" and designs made with them cannot be reproduced. Bead availablity differs sometimes and one-of-a-kind pieces will be clearly marked.

What about the photos?

Each image print is made with excellent quality KODAK paper and printed professionally. You will receive details on where the image was taken, and the story or memory behind the image as well. All prints are autographed by Xenia. Photographs come with a stiff backing and wrapped in it's own plastic cover. For framing requests, please email.

What about the woodburning?

Every peice of wood is hand selected and sanded. First the wood is burned with a professional grade electronic burning system, then stained, then painted & finally polyurithaned for a great finish as well as protection. All pyrography requests take at least a week to finish. You will be notified via email of progress and shipping date. When ordering, remember to specify which color stain you would like, what colors to paint, as well as if you would like your box felt-lined inside on bottom by filling in the apropriate box after clicking the 'add to cart' button or Xenia will use her artistic judgement when creating your box.

What about the clay art?

All clayart is handcrafted by Xenia from polymer clay. No two peices are alike; they are all one-of-a-kind. Although polymer clay is relatively durable, try to treat it as glass. Please be sure to include custom color schemes when ordering item.
